ASPECTS & SIGNIFICANCE OF PUJA

Aspects and significance of puja

In a Pooja festival, we use some objects, mantras and worship methods. Obviously, they need to appease or convince the worshiped god.Instinctively, they have a deep connection with him and his grace.By using them in our worship we receive God's grace and goodwill.However, the pujas should be conducted with zero or mechanical approach, but only with devotion and honesty.It should not be treated for personal gain, but expressing our love and dedicating and surrendering to God.

The scriptures say that if the pujas are not treated fairly, they will have adverse effects or fail to make the desired results.

A grand purpose for a prayer is to please God, fulfill a wish or cope with some problems.It is the highest purpose of serving God, and to express one's love and devotion without expectation.Puja is based on the purity and devotion of the puja and devotion.

As we understand from the Bhagavad Gita, only those who have the power of Satwah can worship God with pure piety.The devotion of others will have contamination of passion, desires and attachments.In Hindu times traditional poojas followed a structured design. Each aspect has a purpose and significance.

Focusing on your mind on God, and the faith you have for him helps to be a great devotee.By following the practice, you express your will to morality, not to love your personal preferences and as a sign of true surrender.

There are four important aspects of the Puja, the altar (Pujaka), the offerings (Sambarana), the offerings  of the Puja and the remains of the offerings.In more detailed poojas, one or more priests can perform the prayer on their behalf.During the Puja season, the goddess is treated as a variety of offerings and a respectable guest, with great  respect.They add food. When the puja is finished, food is offered between the devotees and the priests.

POOJA THALI DECORATION OR ARRANGEMENT

Pooja Thali Decoration or Arrangement

 1. Introduction to Spiritual Science after Bhuj Tal

Hindu Dharma offers many ways to worship the Divine. The path of devotion (piety) is a way of worship (Karmakana), a similar path. As the name suggests, as the name suggests, the aspect of the ritual worship (Karmakant) is the spiritual significance and the science behind it. In this article, let us look at the theme of arranging the puja for the ritual worship.

2. The Pooja is based on the cosmos

Prior to the actual ritual worship (pujah), it is important to organize the tools and other components used spiritually in spiritual worship. From the point of view of spiritual science, it is appropriate to organize five cosmic elements based on them.

3. Ceremonial worship puja

The arrangement of the elements of the ritual puja is found in the picture above. It is interpreted to worshipers in the two dimensional environments of the divinity. Thus, in "the forefathers" refers to a portion of the plates near the statue of the god of worship, or the 'end of the bell', which refers to the part of the plates that are closer to the worshipers.

Powders:

The ceremonial pooja should be placed on the right of the soul
(worship), including the yellow (haldi) and the vermilion (kumkam). Black powder (pukaka), magenta powder (kulal) and saffron powder (sundur) are placed on the left of worship.

Fragrances:

Aroma bottle, aroma paste (usually sodium paste), flowers, a special type of soft grass (darva) and leaves (patricia) are placed at the front of the flat. I worship the ceremonially. This is because the subtle, spiritual spheres of deity are processed by fragrance particles through the fragrance, fragrance and flowers and colored particles of special grass and leaves.

Best and Cash Supply:

The paper and nuts of the sheet plant and nuts are offered in the ritual to pay the dakshina. These elements must be placed at the end of the plate, ie, close to worship. This is because the elements are a useful medium for directing the subtle and spiritual channels of the goddess.

 Rice Rice Cereals:

In the center, rice rice should be kept from all circumstances. The five superior gods, the idols of Siva, Siri, Durga, Shriram, Sri Krishna and Divine Shakti are attracted to them. These divine frequencies need other elements such as vermilion, yellow, etc.

PRADAKSHHINA NAMASKARA

Pradakshina Namaskara

Image result for Namaskara cute hand photos

Pradakshina means circumambulation. Circumambulation means going in a clockwise direction, particularly in the northern hemisphere.

One could imagine extending ones right hand to the devata and holding Her while one does Pradakshina.
A question arises -
why right hand, why not the left hand.

Why Pradakshina ?

The earth revolves around its axis counter-clockwise.
Same with earth going around the sun. The moon also
goes around the earth in a counter-clockwise direction.

All these are manifestations of the Creator.
Through them, the Creator's direction is counter-clockwise.
To meet the Creator, one goes clockwise.

Namaskara

Namaskara is the act of falling flat on the ground.
Like Pradakshina, Namaskara is an act of worship.

In South India, it is common to do Namaskara in temples, at home shrines and to elders.
One might have heard of Saashtaanga Namaskara.
Sa-Ashta-Anga Namaskara - namaskara with eight parts.
One view of the eight parts are Shoulders

* Feet
* Knees
* Chest
* Head
* Eyes
* Mind
* Speech

The last two imply being totally immersed in the act.
"Giving 100%" to the physical action.The other six are body parts meant to touch the floor while doing Namaskara.

There is also Panchanga Namaskara - the five part namaskara.
The Chest, Feet and Eyes from the list above is removed to make it Panchanga Namaskara.

Males do Ashtanga Namaskara.
Females do Panchanga Namaskara.

Pradhakshine:

We should do Pradkshina on slow-pace(Without any hurry), fixing the mind on Lord.
Absent minded and fast paced Pradakshinas doesnt yield any punya pala
We become free from the troubles of our own past sins by doing pradakshina to Lord as often as possilbe.

Namaskara:

ont do Namaskara directly in front of Sannidhana nor at the back side; nor on the left side of Lord, also very near to the deity and never inside the Garbha-Griha.

Do Namaskara, Japa and Homa on the right side of the Sannidhana and outside the Garbha Griha.
The number of Namaskaras should be in multiples of four.

Uniqueness checking: 100%
